Triton Technologies, Inc. (“Triton”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our client’s customers (“customer(s)”). Triton does not sell, trade or rent personal information about customers with third- party organizations. The customer data belongs to our clients and is stored on our servers on their behalf.
Triton may collect personal data about customers for a number of reasons:
- To administer and maintain accounts relating to sales and Triton’s services To facilitate teleservices sales
- To communicate with customers as requested by our clients
- To comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Such personal information may include: name, address, phone number, email address and credit card number when a customer voluntarily provides it to us. In accordance with PCI Data Security Standards, credit card information is collected but not stored. In addition, Triton keeps a record of each sales transaction in accordance with Telemarketing Sales Rule record-keeping requirements.
Office policies are in place to safeguard customer information, including:
- Physical measures, including locked filing cabinet, restricted access to offices, and video monitoring
- Organizational measures, such as security clearances and limiting access on a “need to know” basis
- Technological measures in compliance with PCI-DSS.
Individual records are kept only as long as necessary to fulfill business purposes and comply with applicable laws. Records are systematically destroyed in compliance with Triton’s data retention policy.

We will share your messages with those within and outside our organization who may be able to address the issues contained in your message. We will keep a copy of your message until we have had an opportunity to address your concerns and may archive your message for a certain period of time or discard it, but your message will not be used for other purposes.
